You can comment on the pages that allow so, but NO spaming
I'm glad that you want to promote the site, but don't spam the site's buton or link.

You may not jock or steal any of the graphics, layouts or codes on any part of this site.
You may not claim to own any of the graphics, layouts or other resources here as your own.
Redistributing graphics, layouts and other resources here are not allowed with out my permission first. (a log made to keep users in check)

You may not jock, steal or alter the codes used for the layouts here in the site or you will be labled as a jocker here on the site if caught.
You may not remove the banner placed on the layouts.
You may not edit the graphics placed in the layouts in anyway.
You may not remove credit placed on the layouts.
You may not Redistribute the layouts here without my permission first
